His humble beginnings began as a small town country boy from a 1 stop light community of Battleboro, North Carolina a rural town in Eastern North Carolina, with "Big City" dreams.  Antonio had dreams of working in fashion photography at the early age of 14 when he would carry around a Polaroid camera everywhere he went. Still this day, you can find a camera in Antonio's hand everywhere he travels.  He has studied and admired the works of many great photographers who have become influential in his career such Gordon Parks, Matthew Jordan Smith, Richard Avedon, Alexey Brodovitch, Ernst Haas, Irving Penn, Helmut Newton, Aaron Siskind, Laurie Simmons, Garry Winogrand, Robert Frank, Robert Mapplethorpe, Andre Kertesz, Mario Testino, Terry Richardson, and Annie Leibovitz.

Professional Photographer and Creative Director, Antonio’s reputation for pushing boundaries technically and creatively at every opportunity and being at the forefront of innovation is deeply attractive. Prior to fully flexing his entrepreneurial muscles in New York, he worked as Creative Director for Affliction Clothing in Signal Hill, CA.

    Professionally, he is an INTERNATIONAL BRAND BUILDER, CREATIVE STORYTELLER & DIGITAL INNOVATOR. He brings an outstanding 17 years’ experience as a strategic Creative Leader to New York City. He takes photography more as an extension of his personality than just a career. And on this path, he has worked with some of the world’s renowned brands all over the globe. As a Fashion, Beauty, & Portrait Photographer and Creative Director, his creative works have been featured in several industry blogs along with fashion photos in global fashion magazines. This same contagious creativity and productivity have earned him a boatload of awards and industry recognition. Antonio has also worked with some of the most respected modeling agencies such as Wilhelmina Models, Ford Models, IMG, NEXT Models, Elite Model Management and many others.  

    Antonio is more of a disruptive force in the industry, bringing an extensive industry acumen and juxtapose of creativity and rare artistry.  As a “Bridge Builder”, Antonio has answered the call to bridge the gap between the photography industry and the under represented creative. 

With his continued passion to bring forth amazing imagery, Antonio founded Global Headshots, the parent company to his NC Headshot Studio, NY2NJ Headshot Studio, and South Florida Headshot Studio, where he wanted to bring a high end approach to photography to the everyday white collar and blue collar employee’s headshot photo.
